Job summary

Airswift Rotterdam is seeking a Construction Methods Engineer to implement and optimise construction methods across projects. You will tailor methodologies to project requirements, materials, site conditions and schedule, ensuring alignment with HSSE standards.

The role focuses on improving constructability, efficiency, quality and safety, supporting engineering and execution teams in complex projects. Candidates should have a strong foundation in construction techniques and software tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of construction-related experience.
• Knowledge of construction techniques and HSSE regulations.
• Proficiency with construction management software and tools.
• Ability to apply constructability principles to practical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Deliver construction methodologies tailored to project requirements, taking account of materials, site conditions, project requirements and schedule.
• Implement and optimise construction methods, standards, best practices and technical know-how to improve efficiency, quality and safety.
• Address and resolve construction challenges, applying constructability principles to identify effective solutions.
• Provide technical expertise on construction techniques to project and site teams to support the use of best practices.
• Maintain comprehensive records of construction methods, changes, outcomes and lessons learned to support future reference and continuous improvement.
• Participate in department improvement programmes through cross analysis, workshops, reporting and the development of construction methods standards.
