Nederland. AB is seeking a Concrete Finisher / Repair Worker to transform rough concrete elements into finished products. You will inspect, repair cracks, smooth edges, and ensure the final quality before products leave production.

You will work 40 hours per week on a fixed day shift from 07:00 to 16:00. Strong English communication is required. The job offers transport, housing and health insurance, weekly payments, and opportunities for growth.

Do you have an eye for detail and enjoy hands‑on work where you can immediately see the result? Earn €15.97–€16.82 gross per hour including ADV, work fixed daytime hours, and turn rough or damaged concrete elements into high‑quality finished products.

This is what you will do

As a Concrete Finisher / Repair Worker, you will work with prefab concrete products used in the construction industry. Your job starts where the main production process ends: you inspect concrete elements, identify damage or imperfections, and make sure every product leaves the factory properly finished. You will repair small cracks and damaged areas, smooth rough edges and surfaces, and visually inspect the final result. Accuracy and attention to detail are more important than formal education. Previous concrete experience is not required if you have technical insight and are comfortable working with hand tools. You will work 40 hours per week on a fixed day shift from 07:00 to 16:00. The salary is €15.97–€16.82 gross per hour including ADV, depending on experience.
