Job description for Concrete Production Worker

Are you looking for a long-term, full-time production job in the Netherlands? Do you have experience working with concrete products, enjoy practical work and know how to read technical drawings? Then this position could be a great opportunity for you.

As a Concrete Production Worker, you will work together with your colleagues on the production of various concrete drainage products used in infrastructure projects in the Netherlands and abroad.

You will be involved in different stages of the production process, from preparing moulds and assembling components to pouring concrete, removing finished elements from the moulds and completing the final finishing work.

Working Hours

You will work full-time from Monday to Friday.

The position operates in a shifted day-shift schedule between:

• 06:00 and 18:00

Your responsibilities

As a Concrete Production Worker, your responsibilities include:

• Preparing moulds by adjusting them to the correct size and applying oil.
• Assembling components inside the mould according to technical drawings and instructions.
• Pouring concrete into the prepared moulds.
• Removing finished concrete elements from the moulds.
• Finishing concrete elements and correcting any irregularities.
• Keeping your workplace clean and organised.
• Following all applicable health and safety procedures.
• Working together with your colleagues to ensure an efficient production process.

What we offer

• A starting salary from €2,825 gross per month, depending on your knowledge and experience.
• 25 paid vacation days per year when working full-time.

We provide you with a home as close to work as possible. We offer a private room in a house together with your colleagues. The cost for the rent is around €200-210 per week and includes water, electricity, natural gas and internet.

• Covered travel costs to and from work (fuel card).
• We will pick you up from the airport and bring you to your new home;

The company manufactures a wide range of products, including gullies, manhole covers, hatches and different types of drainage, grid, cable and concealed gutters.

With more than 80 years of experience, the organisation supports infrastructure projects both in the Netherlands and abroad. Around 100 employees work at the Nederweert location, where the working atmosphere is informal and teamwork plays an important role.
