Job summary

Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is seeking a Concierge Trainee for Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky in Amsterdam. You will assist guests with luggage, answer questions, and share tips about Amsterdam’s attractions.

You’ll be a welcoming presence in the lobby, building a memorable guest experience while collaborating closely with the Front Office team. The role requires availability for 20 weeks, 5 days per week, including weekends, with English fluency; Dutch is a plus and Thai culture knowledge

Qualifications

• Availability for at least 20 weeks, 5 days per week (including weekends).
• Strong interest in people and different cultures.
• Friendly, proactive and service-minded attitude.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch a plus).
• Knowledge of Thai culture valued.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with luggage and manage storage.
• Lobby hosting and point of contact for guest questions.
• Provide information about local attractions and experiences.
• Collaborate with Front Office team to ensure smooth service.
