Job summary

Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is seeking a Concierge Trainee for Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky in Amsterdam. You will assist guests with luggage, answer questions, and share tips about Amsterdam’s attractions.

You’ll be a welcoming presence in the lobby, building a memorable guest experience while collaborating closely with the Front Office team. The role requires availability for 20 weeks, 5 days per week, including weekends, with English fluency; Dutch is a plus and Thai culture knowledge

Your role in the journey

As Concierge Trainee, you’ll be part of the Front of House team, assisting guests with their luggage, answering questions and offering tips about Amsterdam’s best spots. You’ll be a visible presence in the lobby, helping guests feel at ease and well taken care of.Your responsibilities include:

• Assisting guests with luggage and managing storage

• Collaborating closely with the Front Office team
• Creating warm, memorable moments for every guest
