Job summary

ASML is seeking a technical service professional for the Service Lab Equipment Support on a 2‑shift roster at our Veldhoven campus. You will work with internal and external experts to ensure high uptime of wafer processing and metrology tools, handling installation, maintenance, and part management.

Requirements include a technical bachelor or vocational background, experience with high‑tech equipment, and fluency in English and Dutch.

Qualifications

• Vocational or Bachelor with technical background (e.g., Mechatronics).
• Relevant experience servicing high‑tech equipment.
• Experience with MS Office; IT experience is a strong advantage.
• Fluent English and Dutch; bilingual on shop floor.

Responsibilities

• 2nd line troubleshooting and routine maintenance (exchange of consumables).
• Coordinate periodic maintenance by supplier experts.
• Ensure stock of parts to minimize downtime.
• Create and maintain work instructions for First‑line recovery.
• Observe equipment performance and initiate improvements (uptime, MTTR, MTBF).
