Job summary

CSC Netherlands is seeking a Company Lawyer in Amsterdam on a 1-year fixed-term contract with strong intent to convert to permanent. The role blends legal analysis, client management and hands‑on corporate work within a diverse Dutch portfolio. 40 hours weekly, hybrid work, and competitive compensation.

Ideal candidates hold an LL.M. or equivalent and have 2–4 years’ experience in trust/corporate services, with fluent English and a client‑first mindset. Dutch language skills are a plus.

• Master’s degree in Law (LL.M.) or equivalent legal qualification.
• 2–4 years’ experience in trust/corporate services, (international) law, tax or financial services.
• Fluency in English; Dutch or other languages are a plus.
• Clear, confident communication and a client‑first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary client contact for legal, corporate, and administrative questions.
• Manage day‑to‑day legal and administrative activities for operational entities and real estate investment structures (SPVs and holding structures).
• Draft, review, and coordinate board and shareholder resolutions and supporting documentation.
• Prepare, attend, and minute board and shareholder meetings.
• Lead KYC/AML and broader compliance processes for the client portfolio.
• Communicate daily with clients and stakeholders (legal/tax advisors, banks, and authorities).
• Coordinate incorporations, dissolutions and bank account openings.
• Maintain accurate corporate records and ensure entities remain in good legal standing.
• Contribute to team performance and continuous improvement of client service delivery.

Join CSC’s Operational & Real Estate Services (ORES) team and support a diverse portfolio of Dutch operational companies and real estate investment structures for international clients. You’ll work closely with clients, colleagues, and subject‑matter experts in a collaborative environment. The role blends legal analysis, client management, and hands‑on corporate work—offering variety, responsibility, and room to grow.

What You’ll Be Doing

What You Bring
