We are united by a shared passion for using data to achieve the extraordinary for each other, our customers, and the world. We seek innovative, autonomous thinkers who believe in the power of data to drive meaningful change.

  • Sales Enablement Platforms: Including Seismic, Slack, and Salesforce CRM.
  • Modern Enterprise Tech: Enterprise SaaS, Middleware (PaaS), MuleSoft integration architecture, and IaaS technologies.
Qualifications You'll Need To Be Successful
  • Leadership Experience: 5+ years of director-level or senior strategic experience within enterprise software companies, successfully managing multiple complex workstreams and deadlines in a consultative sales context.
  • Communication Excellence: Demonstrated ability to articulate highly complex technical concepts and data architectures to both technical and non-technical audiences, both verbally and in writing.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Proven experience conducting stakeholder interviews and building trusted relationships between customers, prospects, industry analysts, sales leaders, and R&D.
  • Project Management: Strong experience managing initiatives across geographically dispersed, multicultural teams.
  • Data Management Expertise: Deep knowledge of enterprise data management, cloud strategies, SaaS, middleware (PaaS), or business analytics.
  • Supply Chain Experience: Proven background in supply chain, with hands-on MDM/governance exposure and a sales-facing track record. Experience bridging data management and commercial functions is strongly preferred.

  • GTM & Value Selling DNA: A thorough understanding of enterprise software sales cycles, value-realization frameworks, and GTM processes.
  • Language Skills: Professional fluency in English is mandatory. Professional proficiency in Dutch is highly preferred to effectively partner with local enterprise clients and stakeholders in the Netherlands.
