Job summary

The workspace manager at IWG in Amsterdam oversees the front of house and creates a welcoming, productive environment for members and guests. You’ll be the face of the center, setting a positive first impression and driving a hospitality-focused culture.

You’ll lead day-to-day operations, greet visitors, manage bookings, mail, deliveries, and reception tasks, while building a strong community through events and member introductions. Your goal is exceptional service and high retention.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, customer service, front-of-house, or community management is preferred.
• Ability to welcome guests and set a positive first impression.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking skills for a busy workspace.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, guests, and visitors warmly and professionally.
• Own the member experience by anticipating needs and resolving issues.
• Build community by connecting members and organizing events.
• Manage day-to-day operations including check-ins, bookings, mail, and deliveries.
• Keep reception and meeting rooms guest-ready and welcoming.
• Conduct tours for prospective members to drive retention and growth.
• Troubleshoot facility issues and liaise with vendors as needed.
