Job summary

Fundex Equipment B.V. in Middelburg, the Netherlands, seeks a Commercial Technical Sales Support Representative to connect customers with spare parts and technical solutions.

You will handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and process orders with accuracy, supporting delivery schedules and supplier coordination. You bring a completed MBO qualification, experience in internal sales support or a similar role, and comfort with ERP systems (ISAH advantageous).

What will you do?

As a Commercial Technical Sales Support Representative, you are the key link between our customers, suppliers, and internal teams. You advise customers on spare parts and technical solutions, process inquiries, and ensure quotations and orders are handled accurately and efficiently.

No two days are the same. One moment, you are helping a customer who urgently needs a spare part to get a machine back into operation. The next, you are preparing a detailed quotation, coordinating delivery schedules with suppliers, or working with colleagues to determine the best technical solution. Thanks to your commitment, our customers can rely on fast, professional, and dependable service.
