Job summary

Kitchen Tune-Up Houston is seeking a Field Supervisor (Foreman-level) to oversee day-to-day remodeling operations on residential job sites. You will manage subcontractors, enforce safety and quality standards, and keep projects on time and on budget, reporting to the Project Manager.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in residential remodeling, strong leadership, and excellent communication. This full-time, on-site role offers benefits including 401(k) and health insurance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Daily on-site oversight and supervision of remodels.
• Open/close job sites and ensurePM guidance is followed.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization on-site.
• Coordinate subcontractors and enforce schedule/quality.
• Inspect progress, document activity, and report to PM.
• Manage materials, tools, and punch list close-out.
• Communicate with homeowners professionally on-site.
