Job summary

Reforge Recruitment & Consultancy is seeking a commercially driven Commercial Controller to join a fast-growing, international manufacturing client in Noord-Brabant. You will bridge finance with Sales and Operations to shape pricing, cost structures, and profitability.

In this role you will translate complex financial data into actionable business insights, challenge decisions, and support strategic growth across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in Commercial Control, Business Control, Pricing, Product Costing, or a similar finance role.
• A bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modelling, pricing, margin analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
• A commercially minded, hands-on professional who can translate complex financial information into practical business improvements.
• Experience in an international, manufacturing, or operational environment is an advantage. Fluent English is required; Dutch is a plus.
