Job summary

DP World seeks a Business Support Manager to enhance commercial effectiveness across Freight Sales by managing CRM, data, and tender processes. You will deliver dashboards, reports, and analytics to enable data-driven decisions and collaborate with Product and Commercial Management teams across Europe.

Location options include Rotterdam or Hamburg, with hybrid working arrangements and access to learning platforms and leadership development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a business support, CRM, or analytics-focused role.
• Affinity with logistics and multimodal transport is advantageous.
• Strong English communication; additional European language is a plus.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills, and data-driven decision support.

Responsibilities

• Support CRM and tender management to improve commercial effectiveness.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and tools to monitor performance.
• Provide data analysis and insights to Freight Sales and Commercial teams.
• Coordinate system enhancements and data quality across multiple data sources.
