Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring a Refinish Technician to provide exceptional refinishing and color matching to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will work with the paint department to ensure speed, quality, and customer excellence, contributing to KPI targets and brand standards.

The role emphasizes meticulous refinishing, safety, and collaboration with the production team to meet schedules and deliver top-tier repairs for customers.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of collision repair experience.
• Ability to complete all steps in the refinishing process.
• Above average quality focus.
• High production capabilities; certifications are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Review body work for quality and completeness in the paint department.
• Thoroughly mix, color match, and refinish each vehicle to restore it to pre-accident condition.
• Complete all refinish operations as described in the work order.
• Maintain paint material inventory and safety practices.
• Collaborate with team during daily production meetings and meet deadlines.
