Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver an exceptional customer experience through meticulous assessment and high-quality repairs to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition.

You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, realign chassis, replace parts and glass, weld and repaint to factory standards, and work with the team to meet KPIs while upholding the Brand Ambassador role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical training or apprenticeship in auto body repair.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, repair and reassemble vehicles to restore pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and glass; weld and repaint to factory standards.
• Complete work orders within labor guidelines and inspect for quality.
