Job summary

Celoria Recruitment Solutions is seeking experienced Car Painters and Automotive Spray Painters for long-term, full-time roles in the Netherlands. The position covers the final stage of vehicle repair, including assessing parts, mixing paint with digital scales and formulas, colour matching, masking, applying water-based paint and three-layer finishes, and polishing to high workshop standards.

Salary & Hours

The salary is between €600 and €750 net per week, based on 38 to 40 hours, with a gross hourly rate between €19.50 and €24.50.

Requirements

• Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in car painting following the complete process, be able to work independently and accurately, use proper personal protective equipment, and show flexibility, teamwork and attention to detail.
• Spot repair experience and a Category B driving licence are advantages.
