Job summary

Wakuli, Amsterdam, NL, is seeking a Retail Demand Planner to own demand planning across all retail and non-retail categories, balancing waste and stockouts while building scalable processes to handle menu changes and multiple launches each year.

You will work in the S&OP team with planners and IT, turning data into forecasts and actionable decisions for the shop floor, in a fast-growing coffee business with flexible hours and international teammates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain (coffee/retail a plus).
• Strong knowledge of statistics and forecasting methods (time series, moving averages, regression).
• Experience with ERP systems and promotions/product launches.

Responsibilities

• Own demand planning for retail and non-retail categories across all products.
• Forecast accuracy monitoring and KPI analysis; drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance to incorporate promos and launches into forecasts.
