Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company in Rotterdam is seeking an Ignite Intern in Revenue Growth Management (RGM). You will support the France Franchise team, analyze data, and help optimize pricing, promotions, and portfolio investments within a global network.

  • Prepare business reviews, presentations, and customer materials using Excel, Power BI and analytics tools.
  • Help optimize pricing, promotions, product mix and investments across markets.
  • Leverage data and AI-enabled tools to create dashboards and insights for strategic decisions.

Revenue Growth Management (RGM) plays a critical role in driving sustainable, profitable growth across Coca-Cola's portfolio. Working closely with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Franchise teams, RGM develops pricing, promotional, assortment, and pack strategies that maximize value for both our customers and consumers. By combining data, analytics, and commercial insights, the team helps shape business decisions that accelerate growth while ensuring long-term value creation across our markets.

Key Responsibilities

As a Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Intern, you will support the France Franchise team in developing commercial strategies that drive profitable growth. You'll work with cross-functional teams to analyze data, generate insights, and help optimize pricing, promotions, product mix, and customer investments across the French market.

  • Support the development of pricing, promotional, and portfolio strategies to drive sustainable growth.
  • Analyze sales, customer, and market data to identify business opportunities and commercial insights.
  • Assist in forecasting volume and financial performance to support business planning.
  • Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Franchise teams on key growth initiatives.
  • Help prepare business reviews, presentations, and customer-facing materials using Excel, Power BI, and other analytics tools.
  • Support projects focused on optimizing investments, improving profitability, and enhancing commercial decision-making.
  • Leverage data and AI-enabled tools to create reports, dashboards, and business insights that support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
  • Educational background: Undergraduate or Master's student pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Marketing, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Right to work: Legal authorisation to work in the Netherlands or the UK. No visa sponsorship is provided.
  • Commitment: Must be available to start 1 October 2026 and commit to 38 hours per week for a 12-month internship.
  • Language: Fluency in English and French is required.
  • Attributes: Curious, analytical, proactive, and passionate about solving business challenges. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and eager to learn.
  • Relationship skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build relationships across cross-functional teams.
  • Relevant knowledge: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in commercial strategy, pricing, financial analysis, and data-driven decision-making. Experience with Microsoft Excel is required; familiarity with Power BI, PowerPoint, AI tools, or data visualization platforms is an advantage.
