Job summary

PepsiCo BeNeLux zoekt een stagiair in de eindfase van de studie om mee te werken aan het bouwen van nieuwe verkoopkanalen bij onafhankelijke supermarkten en samen te werken met Sales, Shopper Marketing en Logistiek.

Je werkt met Excel en Power BI aan analyses, ontwikkelt jezelf professioneel en je leert projectmatig werken met mentoring en community-ondersteuning. Het programma biedt een stagevergoeding van 550€/maand en reiskostenvergoeding.

Qualifications

• Vereiste: in staat om analyses in Excel en PowerBI uit te voeren.
• Vereiste zelfstandigheid bij prioriteren en taken oppakken.
• Proactieve houding en bereidheid dingen anders te doen.
• Passie voor PepsiCo-merken en ondernemerschap.

Responsibilities

• Ondersteunen bij het opzetten van een nieuw verkoopkanaal voor PepsiCo bij onafhankelijke supermarkten.
• Ondersteunen van dagelijkse verkoopprocessen op locatie en via hoofdkantoor.
• Opzetten en bijhouden van analyses en scorecards met het Analytics-team.
• Zelfstandig managen van cross-functionele projecten op het gebied van sales, shopper marketing en logistiek.

Responsibilities

• Help establish a new channel for PepsiCo: independent supermarkets, requiring you to combine entrepreneurship with working in a large commercial organization.
• Provide support in daily sales processes, both in the field and through the headquarters.
• Set up and maintain analyses and scorecards with our Analytics team to help monitor the business and strengthen collaboration with customers.
• Independently manage cross‑functional projects at the intersection of sales, shopper marketing, and logistics.
• Develop professional skills; improve communication, time management, problem‑solving, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Currently in the final phase of studies or max 3 months after starting an internship to complete studies.
• Fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written.
