Job summary

Hexion in Pernis, Netherlands, seeks a Technical Service Lab Technician to support VeoVa and Cardura monomer projects by preparing, testing and evaluating waterborne emulsions and solvent-borne resins. You will collaborate with technical, commercial, and manufacturing teams to solve customer challenges and deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field.
• Hands-on laboratory experience with a structured approach.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, formulate, apply, and evaluate resins and emulsions for coatings and adhesive applications.
• Plan and execute experimental programs aligned with project objectives.
• Perform laboratory work independently while maintaining high quality standards.
• Ensure timely delivery of results; communicate progress, risks and solutions.
• Analyze and interpret data to generate clear, actionable insights.
• Maintain lab documentation and prepare reports communicating results clearly.
