Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Managers to understand customer requirements and deliver insights.
• Maintain subject matter expertise on product performance and methods relevant to customer processes.
• Participate in customer meetings and technical discussions to explain analytical outcomes.
• Provide analytical input to support new product development and qualification activities.
• Recommend improvements to analytical procedures, tools, and workflows.
