Qualifications

• MBO Level 4, Associate Degree, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent in Chemistry or related field.
• Laboratory experience through work, internships, or education.
• Strong attention to detail and data quality.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn; team player.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing and support formulations preparation.
• Prepare formulations and test samples following defined procedures.
• Generate accurate experimental data and record observations in lab systems.
• Collaborate with chemists on innovation projects and product development.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laboratory and manage materials.
