Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking a coach/counsellor/psychologist to be the first point of contact for clients. You will conduct inspiring conversations, provide coaching, and coordinate referrals to colleagues as needed.

You will manage casemanagement and ensure clients receive recommended support. The role involves intake conversations, multiple coaching formats (phone, online, and in-person), and collaboration with team members on platform services.

Qualifications

• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Flexible and versatile; can adapt to various situations and audiences.
• A good sense of humor is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake interviews with clients.
• Provide telephone, online, and face-to-face coaching sessions.
• Work with colleagues on telephone support shifts (9-17).
• Casemanagement responsibilities.
• Process incoming platform inquiries.
• Arrange referrals to the network.
• Manage the chatbox and respond to inquiries.
• Engage in ad hoc projects.

Als coach/counsellor/psycholoog ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor clienten. Je voert inspirerende gesprekken en regelt indien nodig doorverwijzingen naar collega’s. Naast het casemanagement zorg je ervoor dat iedere client de ondersteuning krijgt die hij of zij verdient.
