Job summary

HQ Plastics is seeking a skilled CNC Operator L3/Programmer to determine machining sequences from orders and drawings, and to program 3-axis and 5-axis mills/turners as part of a programming team.

You will ensure parts meet specifications, read technical drawings, and work in a two-shift system (06:00–24:00). The role supports long-term opportunities and emphasizes quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Experience programming 3-axis and 5-axis milling and/or turning machines.
• English level B2 minimum (mandatory).
• Strong technical insight.
• Knowledge of form and position tolerances.
• Willing to work in a 2-shift system.
• Driving license preferred.
• EU citizenship mandatory.

Job description

As a CNC Operator L3 / Programmer, you will determine the correct machining sequence for products based on production orders and technical drawings. You will program 3-axis and 5-axis milling and/or turning machines as part of a team of programmers and ensure that products are manufactured correctly. You will work in a 2-shift system: 06:00–15:00 and 15:00–24:00. Main Responsibilities:

• Determine the machining sequence based on production orders and technical drawings.
• Program 3-axis and 5-axis milling and/or turning machines.
• Ensure products are manufactured according to the required specifications.
• Work with Engineers to analyze and improve machining sequences and product manufacturability.
• Perform quality checks using measuring equipment.
• Work correctly with form and position tolerances and follow all applicable safety instructions.

• English level B2 minimum (mandatory)

• Gross salary: €19.66 per hour
• 18% shift allowance when working shifts
• Weekly net income: approximately €600, according to Dutch labor legislation
• Full-time contract with long-term opportunities

• 25 vacation days per year (20 paid vacation days + 5 paid weekly with salary)
• 8% holiday allowance paid weekly with salary
