Job summary

HQ Plastics, a producer of high-quality plastic components for leading customers in the semiconductor, medical and high-tech sectors, seeks an experienced CNC Programmer / CNC Turner to program, set up and operate 3- and 5-axis machines to manufacture precision parts meeting the highest quality standards. Work is performed in a two-shift pattern with an 18% shift allowance.

The role emphasizes reading drawings, quality control, and ongoing process improvements in a modern high-tech production

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as CNC Turner/Miller or CNC Programmer.
• Experience with offline programming of 3- and 5-axis machines.
• Experience in plastic or metal machining is preferred.
• Knowledge of OneCNC is a plus.
• Strong eye for detail and quality awareness.
• Capable of working independently and in a team.
• Good command of Dutch and/or English.

Responsibilities

• Create, adjust and optimize CNC programs.
• Set up and operate 3- and 5-axis CNC mills and lathes.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Monitor product quality during production.
• Solve programming and machining issues.
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Collaborate closely with programmers, engineers and QA staff.
