De functie vereist ervaring met draaiwerk, tekeningen lezen en kennis van CNC-controles zoals Fanuc of Siemens. Ervaring met kwaliteitsmetingen en procesverbeteringen wordt gewaardeerd.

Qualifications

• :Ervaring als CNC-turner/CNC programmer of CNC-machinist.
• :Kennis van technische tekeningen en bewerkingsprocessen.
• :Technisch inzicht en sterke focus op kwaliteit.

Responsibilities

• Opzetten, programmeren en bedienen van CNC draaibanken.
• Tekeninglezen en interpreteren van technische tekeningen.
• Programma's aanpassen en optimaliseren.
• Gereedschappen instellen en afmetingen/toleranties controleren.
• Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren op afgewerkte producten.
• Deviaties identificeren en oplossen tijdens productie.
• Suggesties doen voor procesverbeteringen.

As a CNC Programmer / CNC Turner, you are responsible for independently setting up, programming and producing accurate metal components. You work with modern CNC machines and ensure that products meet the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities include:

• Setting up, programming and operating CNC turning machines;


• Reading and interpreting technical drawings;


• Adjusting and optimizing CNC programs;


• Setting tools and checking dimensions and tolerances;


• Performing quality checks on finished products;


• Identifying and resolving deviations during the production process;


• Contributing ideas for process improvements.

You will work in a 3-shift schedule:

• Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:00;


• Afternoon shift: 14:00 – 22:00;


• Night shift: 22:00 – 06:00.
