Job summary

Aalberts in Hilversum zoekt een ervaren CNC Turner om zelfstandig de volledige bewerkingsprocessen te verzorgen. Je werkt met CNC-draaibanken, programmeert en stelt de machines af, en leest technische tekeningen nauwkeurig.

Je werkt in een 2-ploegendienst zonder nachtwerk, met uitstekende opleidings- en ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden. Een stabiele werkgever met lange termijn carrièremogelijkheden biedt een professionele werkomgeving.

Qualifications

• Ervaring als CNC Turner, CNC Machinist of CNC Lathe Operator.
• Ervaring met instellen en programmeren van CNC-machines.
• Lees en interpreteert technische tekeningen.
• Gebruik van meetmiddelen voor kwaliteitscontrole.
• Precisie en oog voor detail in een productieomgeving.

Responsibilities

• Opzetten en bedienen van CNC draaibanken.
• Programmeren en afstellen van CNC-programma's.
• Interpretatie van technische tekeningen.
• Meten van afmetingen en toleranties met meetgereedschappen.
• Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles tijdens productie.
• Signaleren en corrigeren van afwijkingen.
• Optimaliseren van programma’s en bewerkingsprocessen.
• Bijdragen aan efficiëntie, kwaliteit en productieverbeteringen.
• Onderhouden van machines en een schone werkplek.

Job description

Wat je gaat doen

As a CNC Turner, you are responsible for the complete machining process of your products. Accuracy is important, but so is your ability to think along and solve technical challenges.

• Setting up and operating CNC lathes;


• Programming and adjusting CNC programmes;


• Reading and interpreting technical drawings;


• Selecting and setting cutting tools;


• Checking dimensions and tolerances using measuring equipment;


• Performing quality checks during production;


• Identifying and correcting deviations;


• Optimising programmes and machining processes;


• Thinking along about improvements in efficiency, quality and production;


• Keeping your machine and workplace clean and safe.

You won't simply be operating a machine. Your technical knowledge and judgement are an important part of the production process.

Morning: 06:00 - 14:30

Afternoon: 14:00 - 22:30

Functie-eisen

We are looking for an experienced CNC professional who can work independently and takes pride in producing accurate parts. You have:

• Experience as a CNC Turner, CNC Machinist or CNC Lathe Operator;


• Experience setting up CNC machines;


• Experience programming and adjusting CNC programmes;


• The ability to read and understand technical drawings;


• Experience using measuring equipment;


• Good technical insight and attention to detail;


• A quality-focused and independent way of working;


• Willingness to work in a 2-shift schedule;


• Good communication skills in English or Dutch.

A technical MBO 2/3 qualification or equivalent experience is preferred.
