Aalberts in Wijhe zoekt een ervaren CNC Programmeur / CNC Turner die zelfstandig wil werken aan het instellen, programmeren en produceren van hoogwaardige metalen componenten. Je werkt met moderne CNC-machines en bewaakt voldoet aan strenge kwaliteitsnormen.

In deze fulltime functie van 40 uur per week krijg je training, een marktconform salaris en mogelijkheden voor een vast contract. De rol vereist kennis van tekeningen en CNC-besturingen, en werkt in een 3-ploegendienst.

Qualifications

• Ervaring als CNC Turner, CNC Programmer of CNC Machinist
• Kennis van technische tekeningen en bewerkingsprocessen
• Technisch inzicht en een sterke focus op kwaliteit
• Ervaring met CNC-besturingen zoals Fanuc of Siemens is een voordeel
• Bereidheid om in een 3-ploegendienst te werken

Responsibilities

Wat je gaat doen

As a CNC Programmer / CNC Turner, you are responsible for independently setting up, programming and producing accurate metal components. You work with modern CNC machines and ensure that products meet the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities include:

• Setting up, programming and operating CNC turning machines;
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings;
• Adjusting and optimizing CNC programs;
• Setting tools and checking dimensions and tolerances;
• Performing quality checks on finished products;
• Identifying and resolving deviations during the production process;
• Contributing ideas for process improvements.

You will work in a 3-shift schedule:

• Morning shift: 06:00 - 14:00;
• Afternoon shift: 14:00 - 22:00;
• Night shift: 22:00 - 06:00.
