Job summary

Prodrive Technologies in Eindhoven is seeking a CAM Machine Operator to join our Operations team. You will operate and monitor CAM/CNC machines, set up tooling, load CAM programs, and ensure components meet required tolerances.

You will perform quality checks with calipers, micrometers and gauges, maintain safe working conditions, and participate in our three-shift weekly schedule (06:00–14:15, 14:00–22:15, 22:00–06:15).

Qualifications

• Operate CAM/CNC machines per drawings and CAM programs.
• Set up machines, select tools, fixtures, and cutting parameters.
• Measure and inspect finished components to verify tolerances.
• Follow health, safety, and workplace procedures.

Responsibilities

• Machine Setup & Operation: Set up and operate CAM/CNC machines, including selecting tools, fixtures, and appropriate cutting parameters.
• Technical Drawings & Programs: Read technical drawings and work instructions, and load or verify CAM/CNC programs before production.
• Quality Control: Measure and inspect finished components using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure required dimensions and tolerances.
• Safety & Maintenance: Perform routine machine cleaning and maintenance, identify production issues, and follow all health, safety, and workplace procedures.
