Uitzendbureau in the Netherlands is seeking an all-round CNC Operator for a compact, experienced family business with a long history in machine building. You will operate and set CNC turning and milling machines from drawings, monitor quality, and help keep the production process efficient.

This full-time role offers a clear training path: in three years you can progress to an autonomous multifunctional operator through internal and practical training.

Qualificações

• No minimum education required
• Proficient in reading technical drawings (including sections, projections and ISO tolerances)
• Experience with CNC operation is desirable or willingness to learn via internal training
• Ability to work independently, handle stress, and communicate progress and deviations clearly

Responsabilidades

• Start the day with a section meeting to set tasks and priorities for your machines
• Set up and operate CNC machines based on drawings and instructions
• Measure products periodically, analyze deviations, and adjust settings to ensure quality
• Perform small preventive maintenance and follow safety and quality systems
