Job summary

Chromalloy Holland is seeking an experienced CNC Milling Operator to support our aerospace manufacturing and repair operations in Tilburg. You will set up, operate and optimise 4-axis and 5-axis milling machines on highly complex components.

The role requires reading engineering drawings, performing tight-tolerance milling, conducting dimensional inspections, and contributing to Lean and 5S initiatives in a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

Technical vocational education in machining or related field.
Experience with CNC milling and tight tolerances.
Experience with 4- and 5-axis milling preferred.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and optimise CNC milling machines.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and instructions.
Perform dimensional inspections with precision instruments.
Adjust offsets and correct programs as needed.
Support Lean, 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
