Job summary

Aeronamic in the Netherlands is seeking a CNC Milling Operator to produce complex aerospace components on modern CNC milling machines. You will perform 5-axis milling, inspect parts, and ensure adherence to high quality standards.

You will read drawings, operate high-end machines, and may train to work on other stations. The role offers a stable path with a permanent contract and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have completed technical education up to level 3 (e.g., machining technology).
• Experience with 5-axis milling (simultaneous milling a plus).
• Knowledge of Siemens, Heidenhain and/or Fanuc controls.
• Experience with measurement and quality control (3D measurement is an advantage).
• High independence, accuracy and strong sense of responsibility.
• Strong focus on quality and safety; team player with good communication.
• Proactive problem-solving attitude and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Operate 5-axis CNC milling machines to produce aerospace components.
• Independently read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
• Conduct 100% in-process inspection and ensure dimensional accuracy.
• Work towards multi-deployability by training on additional machines over time.
