Job summary

NTS Eindhoven is seeking an experienced 5-axis CNC Miller to join the Precision Machining team. You will be responsible for a production cell, operating high-end machines (Hermle, DMG Mori) with 24/7 robot loading, and ensuring optimal efficiency and quality.

You will drive process improvements, plan ahead, and maintain accuracy and output. Dutch language skills are required for drawings and work instructions.

Qualifications

• Completed mbo in Machining or Metal Technology.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as CNC Miller with 5-axis milling.
• Ability to read drawings and measure with standard tools.

Responsibilities

• Independently set up, operate and optimize 5-axis CNC milling machines.
• Own your production cell including robot loading and 24/7 output.
• Perform tool changes, offsets, and process corrections for maximum accuracy.
• Check and measure products for tolerances down to the micron level.
• Identify deviations and contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement.
