Job summary

People with Skills is seeking an experienced CNC Miller to produce large, high-precision components in a technical manufacturing environment. You will set up and operate CNC milling machines, handling large workpieces and ensuring drawings are followed to tight tolerances.

Responsibilities include selecting tools, monitoring the process, performing dimensional checks, and maintaining a safe workplace. The role offers a 2- or 3-shift pattern with a competitive base salary and shift allowances.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in CNC milling and machine setup.
• Ability to read technical drawings and work to tight tolerances.
• Experience with precision measuring tools.
• Experience machining large components is an advantage.
• Careful clamping, alignment, and safe handling of heavy workpieces.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work in a 2- or 3-shift system.

What we offer

• A base salary of €3,180-€5,376 gross per month, depending on your experience and skills.
• An additional shift allowance 16% or 25%.
