Job summary

Beyond Ambitious in the Eersel area seeks an experienced CNC machine operator for stainless steel production. You will set up and operate sawing and tapping machines, read technical drawings, and ensure parts meet specifications.

You will be responsible for quality of your own work and play a key role in keeping production running smoothly and efficiently. English proficiency is required; Dutch is a plus.

CNC Machine Operator – Stainless Steel | Eersel Area

About the role

For a technical manufacturing company in the Eersel area, we are looking for an experienced Machine Operator with experience working with stainless steel.

In this role, you will operate and set up machinery used to process stainless steel components. You will work independently from technical drawings and ensure that parts are produced accurately and according to the required specifications.

You will be responsible for the quality of your own work and will play an important role in keeping the production process running smoothly and efficiently.

What will you do?

As a Machine Operator, your responsibilities will include:

• Setting up and operating sawing and tapping machines.
• Processing stainless steel components according to technical drawings and work instructions.
• Ensuring accurate dimensions and proper finishing of manufactured parts.
• Performing in-process and final quality checks using appropriate measuring equipment.
• Preparing, identifying and organizing production orders.
• Registering completed work and keeping production administration up to date.
• Carrying out basic maintenance on machinery.
• Identifying and, where possible, resolving minor technical issues.
• Contributing ideas to improve production processes and efficiency.

What do you bring?

We are looking for someone who already has hands-on experience in a similar technical production environment. You have:

• Proven experience operating sawing and tapping machines – this is a requirement.
• Technical experience and a good understanding of manufacturing processes.
• The ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• A precise and quality-focused approach to your work.
• A proactive and independent working attitude.
• A practical mindset and the ability to identify technical issues.
• MBO-level education or equivalent technical experience.
• Good command of English – this is a requirement.
• Dutch language skills are a plus, but not required.

You are comfortable taking responsibility for your own work while also enjoying working as part of a technical team.
