Job summary

NTS Eindhoven is seeking a CNC Turner / Programmer to join its production team. You will independently program, set up and operate CNC turning and multi-tasking machines in a state-of-the-art machine park for ultra-precise small-series work.

Work focuses on 0.01 mm to 5 µm accuracies and bringing products from prototype to series. You’ll serve leading customers across Semicon, Industrial & Health, and Analytical sectors.

Qualifications

• Extensive practical experience as a CNC Turner / Programmer (turning and multi-tasking machines).
• Experience with Okuma is a plus.
• Able to independently bring a product from prototype to series.
• Precise and independent work attitude.
• Good command of the Dutch language in speech and writing.

Job Description

As a CNC Turner / Programmer in the production department of NTS Eindhoven, you are responsible for independently programming, setting up, and operating a CNC turning machine and/or a multi-tasking machine (turning-milling combination).

You work within very high accuracies and the focus is on small, complex series, making programming an important part of your daily work. With your expertise, you independently determine the right approach for various products and materials.

You will work in a modern machine park in a pleasant environment, where you will work for leading customers in markets such as Semicon, Industrial & Health, and Analytical.

Furthermore, your tasks include:

• Independently programming, setting up, and operating a CNC turning machine and/or multi-tasking machine (turning-milling combination);

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced and precise CNC Turner / Programmer with the following background:

• Extensive practical experience as a CNC Turner / Programmer;
• Experience with Okuma is a plus;
• Able to independently bring a product from prototype to series;
• Precise and independent work attitude;
• Good command of the Dutch language in speech and writing.
