Job summary

NTS Eindhoven is seeking a CNC Operator to work on modern 3-axis CNC milling machines in a high-tech production environment. You read drawings, measure precisely, and ensure quality while maintaining safety and efficiency on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational education in metal technology or machining.
• 1–2 years of experience as a CNC Operator (Milling).
• Able to read technical drawings and use measuring tools.
• Fluent Dutch is required as drawings and work instructions are in Dutch.

Job Description

As a CNC Operator at NTS Eindhoven, you work independently on our modern 3-axis CNC milling machines in an advanced production environment. You contribute to the manufacturing of complex and high-quality components for the high-tech industry, with a constant focus on precision, quality, and reliability.

Your responsibilities

• Operating 3-axis CNC milling machines in an automated environment
• Changing tools and checking settings
• Performing measurements and quality controls based on technical drawings
• Identifying deviations and communicating with the foreman or programmer
• Actively contributing to a safe, tidy, and efficient workplace

Requirements

• Completed vocational education in metal technology or machining
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience as a CNC Operator (Milling)
• You can read technical drawings and work with measuring tools
• You are accurate, eager to learn, and have an eye for quality
• You speak at least Dutch fluently, as our drawings, work instructions, and communication language are in Dutch
• You enjoy working in a high-tech production environment

• Salary ranging from €3,200 to €3,800 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications

You will work within the Precision Machining business unit: a close-knit and skilled team of about 35 specialists in precision machining.
