Job summary

The Odyssey Hotel Group is seeking an Assistant Cluster Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance across two properties: Holiday Inn Express Amsterdam Noord and Holiday Inn Express Almere. You will ensure facilities meet the highest standards while staying within budget and timelines.

With at least two years of supervisory experience and knowledge of electricity, gas and water systems, you will enforce safety standards, lead a collaborative team, and support the Cluster Maintenance Manager to

Qualifications

• MBO/HBO or equivalent education required.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of electricity/gas/water systems.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards.
• Speak excellent English; Dutch language is a plus.
• Hospitality experience is a plus.
