Job summary

Odyssey Hotel Group is seeking an Assistant Cluster Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance across Holiday Inn Express Amsterdam Noord and Holiday Inn Express Almere. You will ensure high standards while working within budget and supporting brand requirements.

You will lead a small team, coordinate with engineering and operations, and drive efficient maintenance processes. Fluent English is required; Dutch is a plus. This full-time role offers growth within a dynamic hospitality group.

Qualifications

• MBO/HBO or equivalent level of education.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of electricity/ gas/ water systems.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards.
• Speak excellent English, Dutch language is a plus.
• Experience with Hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance for two properties: Amsterdam Noord and Almere.
• Efficiently manage resources within budget constraints.
• Encourage teamwork and communication.
• Uphold and exceed brand maintenance standards.
• Enhance maintenance processes for increased productivity.
• Actively solve maintenance-related problems.
• Assist the Cluster Maintenance Manager.

THE POSITION

We are actively seeking a dedicated Assistant Cluster Maintenance Manager who thrives in dynamic work environments and is committed to delivering exceptional service. In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing maintenance operations across two properties; Holiday Inn Express Amsterdam Noord and Holiday Inn Express Almere. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all properties under your supervision are maintained at the highest standards while adhering to budget constraints and operating at peak efficiency. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in upholding brand standards, fostering a collaborative team atmosphere, and consistently upholding productivity and work quality.
