Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years' experience as a Cluster Executive Chef in relevant restaurants or hotels.
• Experience managing key stakeholders ensuring smooth communication.
• Expertise in overseeing kitchen budgets and food-cost management.

Responsibilities

• Develop menu concepts and culinary direction for Carstens and ARCA.
• Oversee kitchen operations ensuring quality and compliance.
• Drive cost control of food, labor, and kitchen resources.

Skills

Strong understanding of European culinary trends

Experience managing multiple outlets

Fluent English

Experience with Dutch, Portuguese, or Asian cuisines
