Job summary

Sia is seeking an experienced Vulnerability & Patch Management (Associate) Manager to own the end-to-end vulnerability lifecycle across cloud environments (primarily GCP then AWS). You will lead the platform operations, risk prioritization and patch management for a high-uptime trading environment from our Amsterdam office.

Responsibilities include coordinating with infrastructure, DevOps and cloud teams, reporting on risk exposure, and driving remediation with owners.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of cybersecurity experience focusing on vulnerability and patch management.
• Hands-on expertise with Tenable One (or Tenable.io/ Nessus experience with willingness to transition).
• Understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems, networking and common attack vectors.
• Strong analytical, prioritization and stakeholder communication skills.
• English and Dutch communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and optimize the vulnerability and patch platform for discovery, remediation and exposure management across the enterprise.
• Lead risk-based prioritization of vulnerabilities using analytics and exposure scoring.
• Design, coordinate and oversee patch management processes balancing security needs with high uptime requirements.
• Track remediation SLAs, report risk exposure and drive timely closure with owners.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, DevOps and cloud teams to embed security into deployment and maintenance workflows.
• Stay aware of emerging threats, CVEs and exploit trends and translate into remediation plans.
• Support audits and contribute to security policy improvements.
