Job summary

Sia, a next-generation global management consulting group, is expanding its Cybersecurity Business Unit in Amsterdam. You will join a team delivering strategic cybersecurity offerings, including risk, compliance, and resilience projects, and contribute to go-to-market efforts for the C2R SaaS product.

You will work on client engagements across strategy, delivery, and business development, leveraging data and AI to quantify risk and drive transformation in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering/computer science/statistics/econometrics.
• 4-6 years relevant consulting experience with cybersecurity projects.
• Strong interest in data and AI topics with the ability to quickly build expertise.
• English and Dutch communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, deliver or support on a wide range of client offerings including NIST CSF, 800-53, FFIEC CAT, NYDFS Part 500, Fedline Security and Control Procedures, SWIFT CSCF, ISO 2700x, Cyber Tabletops, RCSA and more.
• Support and enhance our Operational Resilience offering.
• Support go-to-market for our Cyber Risk Review (C2R) SaaS by quantifying cyber risk via attack modeling based on the NIST framework.
• Apply strategic and critical thinking to develop recommendations addressing client challenges.
