Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer support with technical application support.
• Experience in troubleshooting and diagnostics within network and data security.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Thales OneWelcome products via various communication channels.
• Plan and implement product updates and manage customer expectations.

Skills

Problem Solving

Fluency in English

Networking protocols (TCP/IP, IPv4, IPv6, HTTPS, TLS, APIs)

Basic+ Python programming

Knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, VMware, Microsoft Azure

Authentication protocols (SAML, OIDC)

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science
