In this position you will join the Thales Netherlands IS/IT team. IS/IT is at the core of the Thales digital transformation; there is a close relationship between IS/IT and business. With a team of around 180 colleagues we provide IS/IT support to our 3500 Dutch colleagues in several Business Lines and functions. The IS/IT department of Thales Netherlands works closely together with the international IS/IT departments of the Thales group.

Responsibilities

Your work as an Application Packager is varied. Every day you start with the team to discuss ongoing tasks during the stand‑up and how to align these tasks. Both within the department and team you work according to Agile/Scrum working methods. Throughout the week you focus on the sprint work together with your team.

Your main task will be the packaging of applications.

Who we are looking for

• Have a completed MBO degree or have gained similar experience through several years of work.
• You don’t need to be a package expert yet – if you’re interested in developing your skills in this field, we’ll provide you with the right guidance and training.
• Like working in an Agile environment and are comfortable with a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Can communicate in English, both written and spoken.
• Can work in a structured manner.
• Are available to work in a hybrid model, which means 60% of your working time at the Hengelo office.
