Job summary

Anchormen, a leading Data & A.I. consultancy in the Netherlands, seeks a Cloud Data Warehouse Architect with strong design and cloud-migration expertise. You will shape data-warehouse solutions and contribute to BI/analytics platforms across client projects.

Based in the Netherlands, you will work on modern cloud data platforms, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help translate business needs into scalable data architectures.

Qualifications

• Finished Bachelor or Master degree.
• 5+ years’ experience working on DBA/DWH Architecture level.
• Hands-on experience as Cloud Architect/engineer with knowledge of multiple cloud technologies and data warehouses.
• Experience with Teradata, Oracle, MSSQL, DB2 or similar platforms.
• Understanding the role of DWHs in organizations and interest in modern data platforms.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

We are looking for a Cloud Data Warehouse (DWH) Architect that has a technical focus; you will be involved with the technical design and implementation of data warehouses, BI/analytics platforms, databases and incorporation of DWH’s as part of the larger data landscape. Furthermore you will be actively participating in the migration and innovation of both new and existing (on-premise) data warehouses to modern cloud data platforms.

Job requirements

• You have a finished Bachelor or Master degree


• You have 5+ years’ experience working on DBA/DWH Architecture level


• You have (hands-on) experience working as a Cloud Architect /engineer and because of that you possess good knowledge on several Cloud technologies, cloud data platforms and data warehouses


• You (hands-on) experience with different Database platforms such as Teradata, Oracle, MSSQL, DB2, etc.


• You have a good understanding of the role/position of DWH’s in organizations


• You have an interest in modern data platforms


• You are fluent in English, in speech and writing.
