Nalco Water, An Ecolab Company, is seeking an Industry Technical Consultant to serve as a Subject Matter Expert for closed-loop systems. This role focuses on closed-loop chemistry, microbiology, heat transfer performance, and direct-to-chip liquid cooling across Europe.

You will provide technical leadership, troubleshoot complex challenges, and train customers and colleagues to implement new technologies. As a SME, you will collaborate with sales, R&D, and marketing to drive innovation, validate

Qualifications

• Experience in closed loop water treatment and thermal management.
• Strong understanding of heat transfer in cooling systems and fluid compatibility.
• Familiarity with direct-to-chip liquid cooling and data center cooling applications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with field teams to support technical sales opportunities.
• Assist in commissioning and optimizing direct-to-chip cooling and broader closed-loop systems.
• Diagnose and resolve closed-loop and heat transfer issues at customer sites.
• Train customers and internal teams on best practices and operational improvements.
• Lead technical pilots and document operational savings and value propositions.
