Job summary

Tidal Vision is seeking a Water Application Technician to lead setup, operation, and maintenance of proprietary wastewater treatment pilot systems and full-scale testing at client sites across Europe. You will commission equipment, collect performance data, and optimize Cesco’s water treatment chemistries in industrial environments.

The role requires strong teamwork with sales and technical staff, excellent communication, and flexibility for travel (50–90%).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of water and wastewater treatment experience.
• 5+ years in plumbing, electrical, industrial chemicals, and mechanical skills.
• Proven communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Willingness to travel 50–90% across defined regions.
• English language fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, commission, and operate proprietary Cesco wastewater treatment pilot systems and full-scale testing at customer sites.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of pilot equipment, pumps, feed systems, controls, and components.
• Support installation and startup of treatment equipment in heavy industrial environments.
• Collect, record, and analyze operational and performance data from pilot and full-scale systems.
• Use data to make real-time adjustments to chemical programs and system operation to optimize performance.
• Assist in establishing and maintaining customer accounts for Cesco.
