We are seeking a highly organized Clinical Trial Administrator to support the Clinical Operations team, handling TMF activities, trial documentation, study tracking, and site coordination in a small, collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical research or regulated environments is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Trial Master File (TMF) documentation.
• Prepare and file clinical trial documentation.
• Support collection of essential documents from sites and vendors.
• Assist study start-up, ongoing administration, and close-out activities.
• Maintain study trackers and document repositories.
• Coordinate study meetings and training activities.
• Support logistics for investigational medical devices and materials.
