Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading clinical safety or pharmacovigilance teams.
• Strong coaching and performance-management skills.
• Strategic oversight of safety studies and study delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead EU safety team through coaching, training, and performance feedback.
• Oversee direct reports for quality, utilization, delivery, and growth.
• Conduct evaluations and goal reviews across the team.
• Provide strategic oversight for lower-complexity safety studies.
• Collaborate with senior safety leadership on workload and resourcing.
• Participate in Global Operational Leadership Team discussions.
• Support bidding activities with operational input when needed.
• Mentor safety staff onboarding and readiness as the group grows.
• Ensure visibility into performance and process alignment with dept expectations.
• Provide hands-on safety guidance to support study strategy.
