Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Breda, Netherlands seeks a Manager Clinical Operations to lead Local Trial Managers, Site Managers and Clinical Trial Assistants with a focus on oncology trial delivery, site engagement and resource management. Office presence 3 days per week is required.

You will manage trial delivery from feasibility through close-out, ensuring quality, timelines, SOPs and regulatory compliance, while developing staff and implementing improvements.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Life Sciences or 8–10 years pharma/biotech experience.
• At least 2 years of line management experience.
• Strong leadership & communication skills; ability to drive productivity.

Responsibilities

• People management: lead line management to set goals, evaluate performance and develop talent.
• Trial delivery & oversight: oversee feasibility, start-up, execution and monitoring of trials; ensure SOP and regulatory compliance.
• Continuous improvement & organizational change: lead innovation, shape country strategy, monitor metrics and drive implementation.
